1. Completed design must be made predominately with STAEDTLER products. Designs or projects with competing products mentioned will not qualify for endorsement fees.
2. Payments will range from $25 to $200 depending on the size and content of the article, publication, and number of STAEDTLER products used. Payments will be issued solely at the discretion of STAEDTLER.
3. Product names must be clearly mentioned exactly as listed above with corresponding colour codes.

4. All requests must be submitted within 3 months of the publication date.
5. The publication in which an eligible endorsement appears must have its circulation figures audited annually by an independent bureau.
6. Compensation amounts for endorsements in books, videos and television programmes will be negotiated individually.
In order to receive compensation, the following must be provided:
Each submission will be evaluated on an individual basis. STAEDTLER reserves the right to prorate fees based on distribution of articles, books, etc. and also has the right to change the selection of products included in this programme and the amounts of compensation at any given time.
STAEDTLER reserves the right to assign the value to all articles submitted for endorsement fees.
Submitting material to STAEDTLER does not automatically qualify the sender for compensation.
